Repairs and Replacements

Repairs/replacements are available on items within 90 days from the order delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order and try all garments on before removing the tags. If you see an error contact us right away. 

Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook, etc customers: please reach us through the site you ordered from so we can best help you.

If your item no longer has tags, has been washed, or worn we offer repair only. While the repair is free, buyers are responsible for shipping costs on garments with the tags removed. Sorry, no exceptions.

We cannot repair or treat the following issues: stains, pilling, holes due to snags, snags, burns, cuts, any tears of the fabric, pet hair removal, perfume odors, or garment shrinking. Any garments sent with an unrepairable issue will be sent back to the customer as-is.
